We install the OS you choose — Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Proxmox, ESXi or Windows Server — and email the IP address and root credentials. Need a reinstall later? Our team handles it 24/7.

For custom builds such as GPU servers, storage servers or HA clusters, our engineers design the spec and quote within one business day, then source and deliver the hardware in 3–7 days. Moving from another provider? We plan and test the migration for free.

What the monthly fee includes, and optional add-ons

The monthly fee covers the entire machine, 1 Gbps bandwidth with unlimited data transfer, IPv4, a firewall, network-level DDoS protection, replacement of failed hardware by on-site engineers, and 24/7 NOC monitoring. Optional add-ons:

How fast is delivery?+

Stock servers are ready within 4–24 hours of confirmed payment, including OS installation and emailed access details. Custom builds that need specific hardware, such as GPU or storage servers, take around 3–7 days; we confirm a firm delivery date with the quote.

Can I reinstall my own OS?+

Yes, at any time — raise a ticket or reach us on LINE or by phone and the engineers stationed in the data center reinstall the OS you pick: Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS, Proxmox, ESXi or Windows Server. Send us your own ISO and we will install that instead. If the machine ever hangs beyond reach, we reboot it for you 24/7 at no charge.

Do you offer managed services?+

Yes. The optional managed service covers OS installation and updates, security patching and hardening, firewall configuration, scheduled backups, application-level monitoring and engineer-led troubleshooting — ideal for organisations without a full-time sysadmin that still want dedicated-server performance.

Do you support GPU servers?+

Yes. We supply NVIDIA GPUs for AI/ML training and inference, rendering and video transcoding as custom builds, with your choice of GPU model, card count, RAM and storage. Servers sit in our Tier III Bangkok data center, so teams get GPU capacity inside Thailand without buying hardware.

Dedicated server vs VPS vs colocation — what's the difference?+

A VPS is a virtual slice of a physical machine — fast to resize and ideal for small-to-medium workloads. A dedicated server is a whole physical machine we supply and maintain; you get 100% of its resources without buying hardware. Colocation means bringing your own servers into our data center for Tier III power, cooling and network — best for organisations that already own equipment.

What happens if hardware fails?+

Our NOC monitors every server around the clock. When a component such as a disk, RAM module or power supply fails, on-site engineers replace it at no extra charge. Disks on every plan are in RAID, so replacements happen without data loss — and we recommend the off-site backup add-on for critical data.
