Bringing your servers into the data center

1) Choose a plan by rack units and power, and send us the equipment specs (size, weight, number of power supplies) to check. 2) Book an installation date — bring the hardware yourself or have us collect it from your office. 3) Our engineers rack the equipment, run dual power feeds (on redundant plans) and network cabling, configure IPs and test connectivity with you. 4) We hand over access details, the remote-hands contact channel and site-access rights. Most installations complete the same day.

What the fee includes, and optional add-ons

The monthly fee covers rack space, 0.7 A of power with UPS and generator backup, cooling, 24/7 physical security, a 1 Gbps network with unlimited data transfer, a firewall, one IPv4 address, basic remote hands (reboots, status checks, cable plug/unplug) and 24/7 support. Prices exclude 7% VAT. Optional add-ons:

  • Additional IP addresses — ฿100 per address per month
  • 1 Gbps dedicated (uncontended) uplink — ฿1,500 per month
  • Fibre 10 Gbps and 10 Gbps dedicated — on quote
  • Advanced remote hands: hardware swaps, OS installs, rack moves — per job

Colocation FAQ

How do I bring my server in?+

After ordering, send us the equipment specs and book an installation date. Bring the hardware yourself or let us collect it from your office. Our engineers rack it, run power and network cabling, configure IPs and test connectivity with you, then hand over KVM/console access, site-access details and the remote-hands channel — usually all within a single day.

Can I access my server on-site?+

Yes, 24/7, with prior booking and a registered access list. The data center uses layered security — access cards, biometrics, a mantrap and continuous CCTV — so only authorised people can reach your rack.

Do you provide remote hands?+

Yes. Engineers are on site around the clock to reboot machines, check status lights, plug or unplug cables and report back immediately; basic tasks are free. Advanced work such as hardware replacement, OS installation or rack moves is billed by the hour, so you never have to send staff to the data center at night.

Can I add bandwidth?+

Every package already includes a 1 Gbps network with unlimited data transfer at no extra cost. If you need uncontended capacity, a 1 Gbps dedicated uplink is ฿1,500 per month, and beyond that we offer 10 Gbps fibre, shared or dedicated, priced on your actual usage. Our carrier-neutral network connects multiple ISPs, Tier-1 carriers and TH-IX, so cross-connects to other carriers or cloud providers for hybrid-cloud setups are available too.

Colocation or dedicated server — which should I choose?+

Choose colocation when you already own servers, want full control of the hardware or have specific equipment requirements — you pay only for space, power and network. Choose a dedicated server when you would rather not buy or maintain hardware; we supply the machine and replace parts as part of the monthly fee. Many organisations use both within the same data center.

How is power billed?+

Every package includes 0.7 A, which covers a typical 1U server. If your equipment draws more — GPU servers or large storage arrays, for example — additional power is ฿1,300 per amp per month, metered through smart PDUs. We size the load from your hardware spec and confirm the cost before installation.
