Terms of Service

Terms and conditions for using Triplify Cloud services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for and using the services of Triplify Cloud ("the Company"), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all terms on this page, including Section 4 (Prohibited activities), which forms part of the service agreement. If you cannot accept them, please stop using the services immediately.

2. Description of services

The Company provides Cloud Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Server and Colocation together with networking and related add-on services to support customers' websites, applications and systems, and may improve or change features from time to time for better performance and security. The Company acts solely as an infrastructure provider and does not own or control any content, data or software that customers deploy or publish through the services.

All customers must respect and comply with the laws applicable in Thailand, including:

6. Content responsibility and indemnification

You are solely responsible for all content, data and usage on your services. The Company has no obligation to pre-screen content, and providing the services does not constitute endorsement of, or participation in, any customer activity.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees and agents from and against all liabilities, claims, fines, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your content, your or your end users' use of the services, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

7. Enforcement upon violations

If the Company detects conduct contrary to these terms, or receives a notice, complaint, court order or order from a competent official, it reserves the right to:

8. Cooperation with authorities and traffic-log retention

The Company retains computer traffic data for at least 90 days as required by Thailand's Computer-Related Crime Act, and may disclose such data, together with customer information, to courts, competent officials or authorized government agencies upon a lawful order or request. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of contract or of the customer's rights.

9. Payment and refunds

Fees are billed in advance according to the stated billing cycle. If payment is not received in time, the Company may suspend or terminate the service, and data on terminated services may be permanently deleted after the period specified by the Company. Refund requests are considered case by case on a fair basis; services suspended for violating these terms are not refundable under any circumstances. Customers may cancel with at least 7 days' notice.

10. Maintenance, availability and SLA

The Company guarantees the uptime stated in each plan. Occasionally we may need to pause service for maintenance or urgent fixes, with advance notice where possible. Credit returns follow the SLA policy and exclude force majeure, scheduled maintenance announced in advance, suspensions arising from violations of these terms, and causes attributable to the customer.

11. Backups

Customers are responsible for backing up their own data regularly and keeping copies outside the Company's systems, unless a backup add-on is expressly included. The Company has no obligation to back up customer data and accepts no liability for loss or unrecoverability of data in any circumstances.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

The Company's total aggregate liability under this agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

The Company may revise these terms as appropriate, announcing changes on the website or through other channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
