1. Acceptance of terms
By using the services of Triplify Cloud ("the Company"), you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept any term, please discontinue use.
2. Scope of services
The Company provides Cloud Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Server, Colocation and related services. We may update specifications or conditions with reasonable prior notice.
3. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Do not use the service for activities unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Do not transmit spam, malware, phishing or content that infringes intellectual property.
- Keep account credentials secure.
4. Billing and renewal
Customers agree to pay according to the billing cycle. If payment is not received within the stated period, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without prior notice.
5. Service Level Agreement
The Company guarantees the uptime stated in each plan. Credit returns follow the SLA policy and exclude force majeure events, scheduled maintenance announced in advance, or causes attributable to the customer.
6. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages under any circumstances.
7. Service cancellation
Customers may cancel at any time with at least 7 days' notice. Payments already made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Changes to these terms
The Company may revise these terms as appropriate, announcing changes on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
